Serving as the Director of Communications/Communications Director at "Creative Young Programmers Association" left me with huge experience in controlling and overseeing the flow of communication and information between the institution and its publics. As my main duties included, managing the communications within and outside the institution, acting as the face of the institution at media events and directing communication campaigns. I also did acquire immense experience in writing institutional memos and press releases during my period of serving as the Director of Communications in the institution. As in any other institution or company's Director of Communications, I was also able to inculcate great skills in communications, as I was responsible for developing effective messaging and communication strategies, to create or oversee the creation of promotional and informative materials the institution will send to its publics. Lastly, my role as the Acting Director of Communications made me to take part in high management decisions in the institution and be informed with every single thing that was happening in the institution.
