• Maintenance planning and ensure standby machines are ready when needed. • Servicing, machining and condition of machines parts such as pumps types of pumps: screw pump, vane, plunger, submersible, centrifugal, diaphragm, hose and multi-stage centrifugal pumps, vibrators, valves, gearboxes, V belts, conveyor belts, elevators, hydraulic equipment, stirrers and blowers fans ,Couplings that includes chain, flexible tyre, gear, pin, rubber bush and fabrication • Plant monitoring and control on mechanical system. • Supervising all planned engineering work • Supervise all unplanned work to ensure minimum downtime. • Ensure successful implementation of engineering schedules • Monitoring and implementation of engineering department programmes like Total Productive Maintenance • Routine preventive maintenance of the plant. • Data collection for maintenance management program implementation • Routine training of production personnel on machines operations • Ensure safe working environment is maintained amongst the team. • Supervision of subordinates
