I have extensive experience in the Not for Profit sector and a fair amount of experience in the business sector. I have worked for several NPOs ranging from my 1st ever job with Marie Stopes International and Options Consultancy Services. I now work with Embassy of Ireland Sierra Leone/Irish Aid. My expertise is in financial management in the NPO sector, human resource management and overall governance and risk analysis. I have covered for a number of months as the Country Manager for Christian Aid Sierra Leone in the absence of the substantive Country Manager, I have knowledge of internal controls and internal audit, having worked for an entire year as an Internal Auditor with Christian Aid. I now oversee the financial management for Irish Aid Sierra Leone and Liberia, building partner capacity, monitoring partner finances, supporting on partner budgets, audits etc. I also supervise the Finance Officer in Monrovia and the Finance Assistant in Sierra Leone. Providing support to the programmes team as well sitting in the Senior Management team in the Embassy.
