Obtaining Contract rights • Creates organizational structures and executes MS project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Identifies resources needed and hire the required resources and assigns job responsibilities. •Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and network O&M daily issues. • Effectively applies Huawei’s methodologies and processes based on eTOM and MSUP. • Apply cost saving techniques for already running managed service projects. • Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities whenever possible. • Analyzes projects profitability, revenue, and margins and accountable for project P/L. • Supports the Managed Service sales force during the opportunity’s creation, engagement phase, tender preparation, resource dimensioning, solution creation and customer negotiations and contract creation.
