As Manager I oversaw the support operation of the organization between KN Network (SL) and KN Network International (Ireland). I was responsible for implementing, maintaining and managing the business’ operational systems, including budgets and contracts. I also provided managerial support to entire company in day-to-day operations of the business. In my previous role as HR/Administrative Manager I was responsible for supervising, coordinating and assigning the daily duties of clerical and administrative support staff, ensuring work is finish on schedule and up to standard and providing guidance. I fulfilled the role of human resources in a variety of employee-related tasks, these included writing up contracts, processing payrolls, recruiting and supervise training of employees. Other duties was to ensure the processing of Expatriates documents from arrival in country to departure, from application for visa and other national clearances before arriving and when departing. I managed the disbursement of daily allowances/per diems for both local and expat staffs including Petty Cash handling for day to day expenditures. Other responsibilities included keeping track of all higher up’s schedules and meetings. Assisted in the preparation of departmental budgets and expenses with Home Office and transfer of funds internationally .

These roles have permitted me to blend logic and intuition in a fairly equal measure.
