Ag. Finance Manager • Produce and extract Trial balance and assist in the preparation of end-of-year financial statement and submit in the preceding year. • Produce weekly expense & revenue reports to stakeholders and articulate reasons for variances between planned and actual figures by considering factors such as economic, business, holiday, and abnormal events. • Produce a quarterly TOGAS report for the Ministry of Finance analyzing the revenue/income received within the quarter • Posting transactions on Microsoft Dynamics GP Accounting software. • Forecast for future months on budgets and actuals on expenditures and revenue received by the Agency • Upload month-end actuals of financials, accessorial including customer tier and customer-to-account alignment to Accounting software Server. • Prepare PowerPoint slides and associated excel spreadsheets for a monthly/yearly presentation
