My experience has been supporting the implementation of several social protection (SP) programs. The World Bank‐financed Social Safety Net Project (SSNP) provided support to the GoSL in its efforts to build a Social Protection system and to provide timely income support to an increased number of poor households via a consolidated approach. Specifically, the SSN project seeks to: (i) support the development of systems for the implementation of social safety net interventions –including targeting system, beneficiary registry, Management Information System (MIS), payment system and GRM; (ii) provide regular transfers to poor households to smooth consumption and invest in the human capital of their families, particularly young children and pregnant and lactating mothers; (iii) ensure efficient program implementation and provide capacity building to key stakeholders at both central and local levels involved in the implementation of SSN.

• Very efficient in programming and software engineering of mobile data collection and monitoring tools with the use of open data kit (ODK), or Survey CTO etc.

• Can efficiently and professionally developed database applications with (MS-Access, VB.Net, and SQL Server) etc.
