• Interact with benefits providers regarding enrolments and changes status, track employee commencement date, monitor benefit billing. • Maintain all electronic personnel/ benefits files. • Work with new hires to collect necessary paperwork • Assist with record keeping pf employee’s medical reimbursement and paid leave benefits, and contact list • Participate in all cooperate led training initiative • Assist with processing of terminations. • Ensure that personal files are up to date in line with the required standard • Ensure compliance with Doctors with Africa CUAMM and NEMS project implementation requirements. • Keep all sensitive information confidential. • Provide support for the Human Resources functions • Support the office activities of the Finance Department as the need arises. • Support NEMS office activities in general.
