Position : Office Assistant

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Office Assistants that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments ;
  • Run daily administrative tasks ;
  • Schedule travel arrangements ;
  • Organise the filing system ;
  • Handle incoming calls ;
  • Check stock to determine inventory levels ;
  • Maintain office equipment ;
  • Perform office support tasks.
Required profile for job ad : Office Assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent ;
  • Previous experience in a related field ;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills ;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks ;
  • Attention to detail.
