Position : Legal Assistant

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Legal Assistants that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support ;
  • Answer phones ;
  • Maintain and update records of proceedings ;
  • Prepare, edit, and format various legal documents ;
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, agreements, correspondence and reports ;
  • Communicate with all internal and external clients ;
  • Manage calendar appointments ;
  • Coordinate client meetings ;
  • Review and proofread legal documents.
Required profile for job ad : Legal Assistant
  • Legal assistant diploma ;
  • Excellent written skills ;
  • Interpersonal communications skills ;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ;
  • Detail oriented ;
  • Strong administrative skills.
