Business Software Implementation Consultant

We are looking for Business Software Implementation Consultants that we can train in all aspects of the implementation of our various business, accounting and ERP software.

Duties/Responsibilities

After training we will expect you to:

• Work closely with our internal software implementation teams, our software developers, and our clients;
• Manage entire software implementation projects (Both small and large) to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget;
• Assess, analyse and determine scope of client’s requirements:
• Evaluate hardware/operating software for business software implementation;
• Install, configure and maintain new software implementations;
• Migrate and configure data from existing systems, to our various software using our automated AI driven migration and implementation tools;
• Design and carryout user acceptance testing with users as part of software implementation;
• Provide users with training on our business software;
• Participate in project progress reviews;
• Maintain and update technical documentation;
• Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of software implementation.

• Has a good Bachelor’s degree in any subject ;
• A team player with good interpersonal and people skills;
• Keen to learn new things and acquire new skills;
• Technically minded;
• Interested in working with software and software tools ;
• Good at managing priorities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills; 
• Rigorous attention to detail.
