Introduction
AIOS is searching for proactive and detail-oriented young people (gender equality, male/female) willing to be trained as Land Data Collectors in a highly demanding AIOS internal 4 to 6 weeks training course in Freetown. Equipment to be used comprises robust field data collectors (tablet PC), precise high-end GPS (GNSS) Equipment, Total Stations, VTOL Drones, etc.
Training participation is free. Examinations will be held at midterm and end term.

Your job is to collect all facts about land and people as well as their mutual relations. This requires both legal and technical skills, both individual input and teamwork; it links activities on site with work in the office, and requires a knowledge of both the technical and legal implications whilst demanding constant attention to detail and diplomacy when dealing with clients.
There are Five W describing your task ahead:
- What land is used: describe the land, its use and its attachments.
- Where is it situated?
- By Whom is it used: describe the user (natural or legal person, institution);
- since When is it used without opposition,
- and Which proofs are to the claim.
Required profile for job ad : Land Data Collectors Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree desirable, but not conditional
- Minimum 2, but preferable 5 years of working experience in a profession dealing with people
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
